Carefully move towards the building and dart the gunner on the roof. Watch out for other patrols in the field. Make your way to the north Stalking Zone, taking out a scout on the way. You can start the approach from the beach. Take them out however you like and then grab the rewards. Work your way to the warehouse stealthily and watch for the two gunners and a guard. You can then whistle him over and take him out.
If you want, you can wait for the keyholder to patrol to your position in the fields. Now use your Eagle Vision to determine who has the key. You can attract the nearby guard to assassinate him. Come in to the warehouse from the north and use the fields to hide. Make sure no one is watching you and grab the rewards. Head towards the warehouse door carefully, taking out enemies you encounter on the way. Go to the area east of the docks and watch out for two patrolling guards. Here you can whistle your enemies closer so you can assassinate them quickly. When you can, dash for the Stalking Zone. Use Eagle Vision to identify the keyholder and other enemies in the area. You can start from the docks and start approaching carefully. Before you enter the warehouse, wait for the dock guards to leave. Use your blowpipe if possible and then you can assassinate the captain and get the key. Now you can worry about killing the gunner. Keep the gunner on the roof in mind and take out another patrol to the right. Use your Eagle Vision to assess the guards and to learn which one has the warehouse key. Jump down into the hay to assassinate the scout.
There is a gunner on the roof of the warehouse and a patrolling scout below. You can enter the area high up, from the roof of an opposite building. Go to 240, 607 in Havana to find the warehouse. Take him down, grab the key, and loot the warehouse. Try to figure out who has the key with Eagle Vision. Use the stalking zones to take out the guards and approach the warehouse. Go to the coordinates 985, 626 to find this warehouse. One you loot one, another one will unlock shortly after. Only three warehouses will be available to be plundered at a time. You may want to wait until you get the blowpipe before you start attacking the warehouses. However, you can get a bonus for being stealthy while taking over the warehouse.

These guarded warehouses have some pretty sweet rewards inside, so plundering them is worth your while. One side mission you can do to get some extra Reales is find warehouses all across the map. This is good, because upkeep on the Jackdaw, your hideouts, and your crew can get expensive. There are many side quests in Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag that give you some spending money.
